Senior Spotlight: Harley Spurlock

Harley Spurlock is a promising senior who has a very bright future. Spurlock was in volleyball 4 years, basketball 4 years, track 3 years, softball 3 years, golf 1 year, band and choir 4 years, and BPA 4 years. I asked Spurlock what her favorite memory was from high school and she said hands down, “Winning State.” She’s referring to winning state volleyball her freshman year. Her parents were her motivation throughout her academic and athletic time in high school. Her advice to underclassmen was to have fun and get your work done. She plans to attend Iowa Western and get her general studies degree in exercise science. She will hope to continue that major to becoming an eye doctor and living on her own in 5 years.
