Speech Team Districts
The speech team had their competition/districts on Saturday, January 21st at Thomas Jefferson High School. They had four events: Reader’s Theater, Choral Reading, One Act, and Improv. Three of the speech members wrote their scripts - Jayden Sheldon wrote Choral Reading, Ulrich Humpal wrote One Act, and Grace Zach wrote Reader’s Theater. (Slide show of pictures).
Three out of four of their events are going to state, which will be on February 4th.
One Act received 1’s across the board (three 1’s)- written by Ulrich Humpal
Choral Reading received a 1 - written by Jayden Sheldon
Reader’s Theater received a 1 - written by Grace Zach
Improv received a 2
