Free Sports Physicals
Please help us get the word out to ALL area student athletes! We have dates set for the FREE sports physicals offered by Shenandoah Medical Center. The first date will be held at the SMC Clinic here in Shenandoah on Thursday, July 18th from 3:00-6:00pm. Appointments are REQUIRED for all dates and locations.
There are 5 dates scheduled throughout the summer:
Thursday, July 18 – SMC Clinic
Wednesday, July 24 – Tabor Clinic
Tuesday, July 30 – Tabor Clinic
Thursday, August 1 – Sidney Clinic
Monday, August 5 – SMC Clinic
Immunizations will also be available for any student needing vaccinations for the 2024-25 school year. IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIRED VACCINATIONS WHEN A CHILD ENTERS THE 7TH (or 10th) GRADE, THE CDC DOES RECOMMEND OTHER VACCINES FOR YOUR CHILD. PLEASE CALL 712-246-7400 AND ASK FOR THE IMMUNIZATION COORDINATOR AT SHENANDOAH MEDICAL CENTER FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. Parents or legal guardians must be present for immunizations.
