Congrats are in order to some awesome 5th grade writers! They participated in the Legion Post #128 “What the Flag Means to Me” essay contest. Legion Post #128 Commander Gary Whipple announced the awards this morning. Third place was awarded to Max L. Second place went to Averie B. Our first place winner, Chloe C., was also awarded first place at the district level. Her essay will move on to state competition! We are proud of you all! Way to go!
