Matthew Benedict and Lilly Peters State Bound
Launch the media gallery 1 playerMatthew Benedict and Lilly Peters punched their tickets to the State Track Meet! Matthew cleared 6'4" in the High Jump to take the District Title. This is Matthew's 3rd time he has qualified for the State Meet in his HS career. Last year Matthew placed 3rd in the High Jump at the State Meet.
Lilly Peters took a good time to have her best throw of the year. She hurled the discus 111'0" to take the Distrtict Title! Lilly would be in contention for a State Medal with another throw like this.
