Lillian Kingsolver participated in softball for four years, track and field for three years, basketball for two years, and volleyball for one year during her time at SHS. Outside of athletics, she was involved in FFA for four years. Lillian’s favorite memories in high school were homecoming week every year, including decorating the hallways and floats. The person with the greatest educational impact on Lillian was Quinn Sheldon. After high school she plans to get an associates degree in veterinary technology at Iowa Western Community College, and in five years she plans to be a veterinarian technician here in Sidney. Lillian’s advice to underclassmen is that despite the struggle and the challenge, to keep your head up and try to make the best of your time.
