Senior Spotlight: Sadie Thompson
Sadie Thompson
Sadie Thompson has been involved in many things during her time here in Sidney. She participated in band and choir for four years, student council for four years, FCA for four years, Teammates for four years, musical/play two years, and FFA one year. For sports, Sadie played softball and basketball for four years each, and track for one year. Her favorite memories were decorating the school for homecoming each year with her classmates. Mrs. Zavadil had the most educational impact on her during her time. After high school she plans on playing softball at Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa, and getting her gen-eds toward a degree in occupational therapy. Afterwards, Sadie wants to live in Leon, Iowa, working as an occupational therapist. Her advice to underclassmen is to work hard to be a better person than you were yesterday, and to be confident in yourself, but not cocky.
Congratulations Sadie!
